HINTON MANOR BARNS
Situated 1 mile from Eardisland village and 4 miles from Leominster
Hinton Manor is set in the middle of the farm, mainly arable + grass fields with sheep.
The 2 Barns can be rented together sleeping up to 22 people or separately sleeping up to 12 in Timber Barn or up to 10 in Stone Barn.
TIMBER BARN – 6 Bedrooms
Converted barn with panoramic views over farm to Wales, sleeping up to 12 people. The property has under floor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs.
Comprising:- Living room with comfortable sitting area & TV, dining area with tables and seating for 12 people + doors to courtyard garden, open plan fully fitted kitchen with door to utility. Second large sitting room having full length windows and doors to courtyard garden, fireplace with wood burning stove, TV, dining table with 6 chairs. There is one downstairs twin/double bedroom with adjoining shower room.
Upstairs having a large master bedroom with Juliet balcony & ensuite bathroom plus 4 further bedrooms comprising one double bedroom, which shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with a twin bedded room, 2 further twin rooms each have en-suite shower rooms.
STONE BARN – 5 Bedrooms (from May 2018)
Ground floor offering 4 twin or double bedrooms all with ensuite and first floor has a further double bedroom with ensuite, living room with fully fitted kitchen, dining and seating area.
The 2 barn conversions have an additional shared garden with wonderful views over farmland to Welsh hills, smokers Gazebo.
Outside Parking area
Dogs welcome but must be on leads where stock is grazing.
Long weekends, Mid week and Weekly lets available, minimum stay 3 nights.
Prices will include linen and towels with beds made up, electricity, FREE WIFI.
Use of large adjoining Party Barn capable of catering for up to 50 people seated or 100 standing. Retaining old original drying archway windows & Coach doors.
Stone fireplace, under-floor heating, 30 chairs, pews & tables & 4 large sofas.
Hinton Manor is a working farm with stock so dogs welcome but must be on leads when walking around farm.
Crops grown: Blackcurrants, Miscanthus, Cereal crops, Maize & Grass meadows
Tennis court for guests. Parking outside.
Use of 2nd court yard with Gazebo (smokers area) sitting area with views.
Weddings guests may use Manors 2 acre gardens, formal rose garden for photos and cocktails.
